There are 3 construction projects in the municipality of Meaford this summer that cyclists should be aware of. They also happen to be on sections of the Tom Thomson Trail. (See map) One is on 24 Side Road just of Tom Thomson Lane. The bridge is been replaced. Trail closed from May to Nov. The 2nd one is in the Village of Leith. Princess St. (Bayshore Rd.) is being re-built from the corner in Leith to the bridge at Ainslie Wood. Road closed May to July. The 3rd is in the Town of Meaford, where Lakeshore Street South is being re-paved. Road closed May to Nov.
