DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun evening of cycling\, great food\, and great company at our Pot Luck Social Ride! \n📢 Please Note – New Route & Start Location Due to fresh gravel recently being placed on portions of our original route\, we’ve had to make a last-minute change to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable ride. \n📍 New Ride Start Location: West Rocks Trail Head – Concession 3 Derby Road \n🚴 Ride Departure:   6:15 p.m. \nFeel free to pop by our house prior to the ride if you prefer to drop off any items before the ride. \nWe’ll enjoy a relaxed 26 km social ride from West Rocks through Kilsyth\, out to Grey Road 3\, before looping back via Sideroad 6. \nAfter the ride\, we’ll gather back at the Smiths’ located at 585 4th Street A West\, Owen Sound for a pot luck dinner and some well-deserved social time. \nSpouses\, partners\, and children are warmly welcome to join us for the festivities. If they prefer not to ride\, they’re welcome to relax at the house\, mingle with everyone\, and enjoy the pool while the group is out riding. Bill won’t be riding and will be home to welcome everyone. \nPlease bring: \n\nA dish or snack to share for the pot luck\nLawn chair if you wish (we have seating for 12-14 people)\nSwimsuit and towel if you’d like if you’d like to cool off after the ride\n\nWe hope you’ll join us for a wonderful evening of cycling\, delicious food\, and great company. Please see the updated route posted below. \nJoin us for a fun evening of cycling\, great food\, and good company at our Pot Luck Social Ride hosted by the Smiths on Thursday\, July 16! \n📍 Location: 585 4th Street A West\, Owen Sound \n🚴 Ride Departure: 6:15 p.m. \n🕠 Arrival: Feel free to arrive as early as 5:30 p.m. get settled before the ride \nWe’ll enjoy a relaxed 27 km social ride\, heading north through town before making our way to Girl Guide Road for an out-and-back section. From there\, we’ll loop back via Alph Street and through the high school parking lot to avoid the main road.   Note: The C Group is welcome to shorten the out-and-back section if they’d prefer a shorter ride or would like to return a little earlier. \nAfter the ride\, we’ll gather back at the Smiths’ for a pot luck dinner and some well-deserved social time. Spouses and family members (children) are warmly welcome to join in on the  festivities\, and are welcome to arrive at the start of the ride and stay to mingle\, relax and swim while the group is out for the ride. \nReminder….If you’d like to cool off after your ride\, bring your swimsuit and a towel and enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool! \nPlease bring: \n\nA dish or snack to share for the pot luck\nLawn chair\nSwimsuit and towel if you’d like to use the pool\n\nWe hope you’ll join us for an evening of great riding\, delicious food\, and wonderful company.
