DESCRIPTION:Join us for our first Tuesday Women’s Ride of the season!  This is a great opportunity to shake off the rust\, meet fellow riders that you may not have seen for a while and to welcome new riders to the group.  Let’s kick off the season together. \nWe will divide into pace groups (A\, B and C)\, based on participants.  There is a group for everyone\, whether you are looking for a relaxed spin to kick off the season\, or a spirited ride because you have been training hard all winter on your indoor trainer and already up to speed for the season\, the choice is yours! \n. Start location:  New this year – Women’s rides will have various starting locations throughout the season\, be sure to refer to the calendar to ensure you know the location well in advance. Our first ride will start at Kelso Beach\, the parking lot immediately inside the park at the traffic lights on 19th Street West \n.Start time:  Rides start at 6:15 pm sharp (arrive early to determine which group you want and to ensure you and your bike are ready to roll) \nGroups:  A\, B\, C   (Check the website under “Weekly Rides” to determine which groups fits your fitness level \nRoute: \n\nOur opening ride is 35K\, heading west from Kelso on 19th St to Park St.  Left on Park over to 17B where you will turn right and continue west\, through the lights on Hwy 6 and go to the end of Derby Keppel Town line.  Return back through to stop lights and turn left on 17 – Sutherland Pkwy.  When you reach Girl Guide road\, turn left and take this west to the end making a left unto Sideroad 10\, return back to 17 turning left at the corner and heading over to 17B where you will turn right and head back to down to Grey Rd 1 and back to the parking lot. \nSign Up Here

SUMMARY:Gravel Ride - Bayshore Arena start
DESCRIPTION:Bayshore to Sunny Valley Rd loop. 44 km (434 m elevation). 6 pm departure \nAfter leaving the Bayshore parking lot we will access the east side rail trail as it crosses the East Bayshore road.  Follow the rail trail south to the Holland Sydenham Townline.  We’ll then tackle a hilly counterclockwise loop returning to the rail trail via Sunny Valley Road.  As we re-enter Owen Sound\,  turn left onto 26th St East (gravel) followed by a right then left down Malibu hill. DESCRIPTION:The ride this week starts at Rockcliffe Pentecostal Church (south end of 4th Ave West and  1st St SW\, by Greenwood Cemetery) 6:15 sharp. \nGroups A\, B\, C (Check “Weekly Rides” tab to determine which group fits your fitness level.  On the “sign-up link” below\, you can indicate which group you want to ride in\, your final choice will be at ride time.  The pace for each group is outlined on the “weekly ride” tab. \nRoute Directions:  Follow Grey Rd 5 through Waverley Heights\, cross Grey Rd 18 and follow into Kilsyth.  Turn right at Kilsyth.  Next turn is a left on Grey Rd 3 to Keady.  Turn right at the 4 way stop (Sullivan Derby town line).  At next corner turn right unto Conc 11.  You will go two blocks\, crossing over Grey Rd 5 and then make a right turn on Sideroad 9.  Stay on this road through Kilsyth until Mennonite Corner\, where you will turn left on Grey Rd 18.  At the flashing light turn right and back to starting point. \n\nSIGN UP HERE

DESCRIPTION:The ride this week starts at Harry Lumley Bayshore Arena. \nGroups A\, B\, C (Check “Weekly Rides” tab to determine which group fits your fitness level.  On the “sign-up link” below\, you can indicate which group you want to ride in.  You can change your group at ride time if you want a different group.  The pace for each group is outlined on the “weekly ride” tab. \nRoute Directions: \nLeave Bayshore by turning left.  Turn right on 3rd\, before Hobart\, head up Malibu Hill and a right on 9th Ave East.  At 20th St\, (4 way stop)\, turn left.  At the “T” turn left on 28th Ave and go past the compost site (this section is gravel\, but generally good and is only for a very short stint).  Turn right on Sideroad 24.  At the “T” turn right on Concession “A”.  At the next “T” turn left onto Grey Rd 15 and head to Annan.  At Annan you will turn left and down the hill to the village of Leith.  Turn right unto Bayshore Road and follow this up to Eagle Ridge.  At Eagle Ridge we will re-group and head back toward Leith where we will turn right and follow the shore back to the Bayshore. \n  \n\nSIGN UP HERE \n

DESCRIPTION:Bayshore to Irish Block Rd. 36 km (174 m elevation) 6 pm departure \nAfter a short section on the east side rail trail\, we turn left onto 26th St E and then left onto a short but rough bypass route to Leith via the Tom Thomson trail. DESCRIPTION:This week’s rides start and finish at Kelso Beach at 19th St stop light parking lot.   \nWe are offering a COMBO Night.  Two routes will be provided\, one will be a gravel ride and the other a road ride for those who do not want to ride gravel.  The gravel route is a combination of rail trail\, gravel road and pavement. \nGravel Route: \n\nTake west rail line to BenAllen\, then Gordon Sutherland Pkwy over to Conc 10 (Indian Acres Rd). Once you reach Grey Rd 1\, turn left and at the next corner\, (East Linton) turn left unto East Linton Sideroad West. Turn right on  Church Sideroad West\, next corner a left unto Cavell Sideroad\, left unto Lindenwood Road\, right on Sarawak Keppel Townline.  Right on Dawson Road.  Left on Kemble Rock Road and into Kemble.  Once in Kemble turn right at the 4 way stop.  Next corner turn right unto Conc 20\, known as “Kemble Bypass”.  This brings you out to the “S” bends at the “Teapots”\, follow the road back into town\, by turning left on Church sideroad and following the shore back via Old Balmy. \nRoad Route: \n\nHead west on 19th St to Summers.  Right on Summers over to 30th St west\, turn right.  Left turn on Range Rd. DESCRIPTION:The ride this week starts at West Rocks\, From Grey Rd 5\, turn north on Concession 3 to trail head for parking  \nGroups:  A\, B\, C (Check the website under “Weekly Ride” to determine which group fits your fitness level.  On the sign up link below\, you can indicate which group you want to ride in\, but your final choice will be at ride time.  The pace for each group is outlined on the “weekly ride” tab. \nHead west on Grey Rd 5 to Kilsyth\, at Kilsyth\, head straight south until you come to 40.  Turn right and at first corner turn left unto Concession 3.
