Gravel ride – Kelso Beach soccer field parking lot

With many of my favourite roads and trails affected by resurfacing work, water damage, and construction, finding decent gravel roads these days is turning out to be a challenge.
The west side rail trail, sideroad 15 trail, Hindman sideroad, and concession 14 Rd are all in good shape though so that’s basically the route. It’s a 55 km (433 m of climbing) out and back ride with a short end loop on beautifully shaded Lisk sideroad. Those looking to reduce the distance by 8 km can turn around at Zion Church road.
